sometimes the family of a photographer gets the most neglected, photography wise that is. A wiser person than I once asked me if I was ready to lose my favorite hobby by starting my business. I have to say in the last couple years that has been true. The camera usually stays behind. What’s crazy is that a lot of my best stuff comes from shooting my family and friends. Great images come from great connections with the photographer and subject. I hope that with each photography shoot I can learn something about each of my subjects. okay back to the topic, last sunday I snapped this shot of my family after church, not really even trying too hard to get something great, but I realize again how much it all means to me. It kind of brings it home, why I do what I do. I only hope I can give so much to each of my clients
I guess this is where I'm supposed to talk about how much I love photography, or the awards I may have won. I think you may already know that I love what I do, and I hope my images speak to you themselves. What I would rather tell you what's important to me, and that is my clients. One of the greatest enjoyments I get out of my business is showing one of my couples their wedding images for the first time. Watching them laugh, smile, cry. That's what it's all about, and that's why I love what I do.
