<p>This is probably one of the most popular questions I get and honestly, I really never had an answer.  I haven&#8217;t owned a P&amp;S camera since high school and that was a film one.  But I have used a few here and there and never really saw anything too exciting.  Either the camera was too complicated for what it was, basically a wanna be <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Single-lens_reflex_camera" target="_blank">SLR</a>, or they just didn&#8217;t make sense.  I got to play with an <a href="http://www.olympusamerica.com/cpg_section/product.asp?product=1446" target="_blank">Olympus Stylus Tough</a> the other day and really liked it.  In fact, I want one.  You can submerge it (and take pictures at the same time), drop it, and all kinds of cool stuff.  The pictures I took turned out surprisingly well.</p>
